Elue présidente à la Junior Conseil IGSolution du Groupe IGS à Toulouse, nous avons mené plusieurs actions permettant de développer le rayonnement de l'association, son organisation et son fonctionnement interne.

Accompagnée par 17 membres, il y a eu plusieurs projets comme la restructuration interne des équipes par pôle de service, la refonte de l'offre commerciale, le développement d'un plan stratégique mais aussi la refonte du site internet

Objectifs

En tant que Présidente de l'association, je devais manager les différentes équipes, m'assurer de l'avancement des projets, identifier les appétences de chacun et leur trouver des missions en fonction de cela mais aussi de leurs aspirations professionnelles. Il y avait également une grande partie administrative avec la déclaration des impôts, de l'URSAFF, la vérification des contrats de travail et contrat de services etc.

Résultats obtenus

Le mandat 2020/2021 de la Junior Conseil IGSolution a fait évolué une multitudes de choses au sein de l'école, et les responsables académiques et pédagogiques, ainsi que les élèves nous ont remercier de notre implication et travail. La Junior Conseil a gagné en visibilité, réalisé des missions, rédigé une multitude de process, créé des formations pour accompagner les membres etc.

Define the framework of the meeting: 
- Remind the rules: switch off mobile phones, listen to each other...
- indicate the timing 
- validate before continuing that the framework is clear to all
Once the meeting is launched : 
- clearly state the topics
- giving everyone a voice
- leave room for argumentation
- appoint a rapporteur to take notes and write the minutes
Closing the meeting: this is an essential part of the meeting. Make sure that everyone leaves with a clear vision of the next steps, the actions to be taken and the timing. 
After the meeting: circulate the minutes

Empathy is the ability to put oneself in the other person's shoes in order to understand their way of functioning, their thoughts and their emotions: joy, sadness, suffering... 
This is what it normally feels like to see an athlete screaming in pain after a sports accident on TV. Sympathy is not empathy, because it means having affinity with the person you are talking to. Compassion, on the other hand, means feeling the same pain as the other person.
The situations in which you activate your empathy can be multiple:

- During group work you are attentive to each other's reactions, you understand how they feel and adapt your behavior accordingly to achieve a common goal.

- You are a leader on a Pro-Act and you use your empathy to manage the actors of the project.

- You are able to lead a friend on a positive evolution reflection because you understand how he feels and help him to analyze the situation in a concrete way.
